My Story
I’ve always believed that culture isn’t something you write down and revisit once a year, it’s something you practice every day, in how people are treated, heard, and supported. My path into this work was shaped by lived experience, community involvement, and years spent partnering closely with employees, ERG leaders, and executives to build workplaces where people can show up fully.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy and humanity designing ERG programs, awareness and celebration month strategies, onboarding experiences, and learning spaces that are thoughtful, inclusive, and sustainable. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be when organizations move beyond performative efforts and instead invest in clarity, consistency, and care.
What grounds my work is community. From supporting employee resource groups and mentoring leaders, to volunteering and showing up locally, I bring the same values to my professional life that I do to my personal one: accountability, empathy, and action. I understand the realities of remote-first and hybrid environments, the pressure ERG leaders face, and the challenge of turning big goals into day-to-day practices that actually work.
Today, I partner with organizations that are ready to be intentional about their culture. Whether I’m planning meaningful moments of recognition, equipping leaders with the tools they need, or facilitating conversations that spark growth, my goal is always the same: to help build environments where people feel connected, valued, and empowered to thrive.
If you’re looking for a partner who leads with both strategy and heart, you’re in the right place.
